Bauhuis has supplied several complete double joint and spool base installations to pipeline welding contractors. These installations are used for producing double joints (24 meter), quad joints (48 meter) and pipe strings (up to 1,200 meter) out of 12 meter long pipe sections.
Equipment included in these plants are fully automated ready racks, pipe pushers, line-up beds, rotators and transport conveyors but also field joint blasting & coating stations.
